With more than a decade of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor, I specialize in supporting adult women through life’s many transitions. My work draws from a range of evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, EFT, IFS, ART, DBT, and mindfulness-based therapies tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.

My style is gentle, observant, and collaborative. I believe therapy should feel like a meaningful conversation that is safe, respectful, and focused on your growth. Together, we’ll uncover patterns that keep you feeling stuck, build emotional resilience, and create space for lasting change.

As a mother, wife, and working woman, I understand how easily women can lose themselves while caring for others. My passion is helping women rediscover their sense of agency and find calm, confidence, and clarity within themselves and their relationships.

What happens in therapy sessions?

Our initial meeting, both telehealth and in person, is a casual conversation where you begin to share your unique goals for therapy. Sometimes people aren’t exactly sure why they are seeking help and this is OK too! This is your time to be seen and heard, to feel genuinely listened to and understood without judgment. In our next sessions I gather information about your history and background so that I have a full picture of the person you are. We set a plan for our path and so the growth process can begin!

  • Format: In-person and telehealth options available
  • Frequency: Weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your goals
  • Payment: Private pay
